From supporting users in Nicaragua to managing global infrastructure across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, I learned something important: technology only matters when it helps people do their best work.
Over the years, I led engineering teams, designed enterprise networks, managed data centers, and guided companies through major IT transitions.
